2nd-4th, 2009, Rhupert exhibited in the International Licensing Expo in Las Vegas. It was HUGE !!!

 Dallas Texas: D. Arthur Wilson has recently signed
exclusive rights to ArtFest International for the acquisition, representation, marketing and merchandizing
of D. Arthur’s lovable character, Rhupert. On the table are several contracts pending approval, one
of which includes the syndication of the Rhupert cartoon. Other items pending are the licensing of the Rhupert image in Europe
and Asia through a multitude of media and merchandizing outlets. These are most exciting times for Rhupert. All of his DREAMS are about to become

as the official Ambassador of Peace for the project. One of Rhupert’s first
assignments will be in collaboration with Ten Million Clicks for Peace (www.tenmillionclicksforpeace.org) and The United Nations teaching children around the world to “BE YOUR SELF". Worldwide Festivities will
begin Sept. 21, The International Day of Peace.
